1. General provisions

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the online platform GetRenders.com (“Platform”), operated by GetRenders.com LTD (“Service Provider”).

The Platform enables Users to create, store, and download property visualization projects.

By using the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all Users, including both free and paid (subscription) account holders.

2. User Account

Access to the Platform requires registration and creation of a User Account.

The User must provide a valid e-mail address and password. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Scope of Services

The Platform allows Users to create, store, and download visualizations.

Visualizations remain private until downloaded or shared by the User.

The free version offers limited functionality, while the paid subscription unlocks full access.

The Service Provider may modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

4. Uploads and Content Ownership

Users may upload their own graphic files or photos (“User Content”).

Users retain all intellectual property rights to their Content.

By uploading, the User grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and technically display the Content for the purpose of providing services.

The Service Provider does not claim ownership or share visualizations without the User’s consent.

5. Payments

Paid access is provided on a subscription basis, billed in advance monthly or annually.

Payments are processed by an external payment provider.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of access.

Subscription prices may change, and Users will be notified in advance.

6. Complaints and Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of purchase, unless they have begun using the service.

Complaints should be submitted via email to kdziadus@gmail.com.

The Service Provider will respond to complaints within 14 days.

If a complaint is accepted, appropriate corrective or refund measures will be taken.

7. Acceptable Use and Liability

Users must use the Platform lawfully and in good faith.

Uploading illegal, infringing, or offensive content is strictly prohibited.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages caused by unauthorized account access or data loss.

The Platform is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

8. Suspension and Termination

The Service Provider may suspend or delete User accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may delete their accounts at any time, resulting in deletion of all related data (subject to legal retention obligations).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the European Union.

Any disputes arising out of the use of the Platform shall be resolved in accordance with applicable EU law.

This Privacy Policy explains how GetRenders.com LTD ("GetRenders", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use the GetRenders.com platform ("Platform").

This section explains how we access, use, store, and share Google user data when you connect your Google account to GetRenders.

3.1 Data accessed from Google

Depending on the features you use and on the scopes you approve in the Google consent screen, the Platform may access the following types of Google user data:

• Basic Google profile information
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Profile picture
• Google account identifier needed to associate your Google login with your GetRenders account
• Google Drive files that you explicitly select to import into GetRenders (for example source images, videos, or other media used to create visualizations and renders)

We do not access or read your entire Google Drive. We only request access to the files and folders you choose to open or import using the Platform user interface.

If, in the future, additional Google APIs or scopes are required for new features, we will request them transparently through the Google consent screen and update this Privacy Policy as necessary.

3.2 How we use Google user data

We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the specific features that rely on it. In particular:

• We use your Google basic profile and email address to:
  • Authenticate you and allow sign in with Google
  • Link your Google account to your GetRenders account
  • Communicate important information about your account and security
• We use Google Drive files that you select to:
  • Import your media into our Platform
  • Generate visualizations, videos, and related outputs according to your instructions
  • Temporarily store processed files so that you can preview, edit, and download them

We do not use Google user data for:

• Advertising targeting or profiling
• Selling to third parties
• Building independent profiles unrelated to the Platform features you use

3.3 Storage and security of Google user data

We store Google user data on secure servers of our hosting providers located in the European Union or other jurisdictions that provide adequate data protection.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:

• Encrypted connections via HTTPS
• Access control based on the principle of least privilege
• Regular security updates and monitoring

Access to Google user data is strictly limited to automated processes and, in rare cases, to authorized personnel only when necessary to investigate a specific technical support request, security incident, or legal requirement.

We do not share Google user data with third parties except:

• Request deletion of your entire GetRenders account

Once you disconnect your Google account or delete your GetRenders account, we will delete or anonymize associated Google user data, except where we must retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

3.6 Limited use requirements for Google user data

Our use of Google user data obtained through Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• We only use Google user data to provide or improve user facing features that are prominent in the application
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the application and as disclosed in this Privacy Policy
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models that are not part of the GetRenders service

4. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

4.1 Provision of services

• Managing user accounts and authentication
• Enabling creation, storage, and download of visualizations and projects
• Providing customer support
